What is OASIS working on now?

  • In 2021 Stoughton was awarded a grant from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Addiction Services to address the prevention needs of our youngest community members, children ages 0-5. The focus of this grant is to impact the factors that both increase reliance and decrease risk for future substance use disorders among this population.

  • The MassCALL3 is a MA Department of Public Health, Bureau of Addiction Services grant program to address youth drinking and other youth substance misuse across Massachusetts. This grant works by providing grant funds to communities across Massachusetts to address youth substance misuse through a cluster / sub-regional model where several towns work together. The town of Stoughton received this multi-year grant in July of 2021 to work with Avon, Easton and Norwood as cluster partners.
